Background

NMCPHC is tasked by BUMED to support Navy Medicine efforts in developing a comprehensive Pandemic Influenza Plan that supports DON, DOD, and DHHS plans. A BUMED Integrated Process Team has been established to identify key tasks and command responsibilities for carrying out those tasks. NMCPHC is responsible for developing the Department of Navy's role with ESSENCE IV.
