Equipment Evaluation and Testing
Field Activities

Our Center tests and evaluates pest control equipment, pesticides, and control strategies. We provide:

  1. aerosol droplet analyses for pesticide application equipment
  2. calibration of pestic dispersal equipment
  3. preventive maintenance on pesticide dispersal equipment for allied naval activities.

We also conduct collaborative research with other academic and vector control agencies in aerosol cloud dynamics, equipment development, the evaluation of pest management equipment and methods, and in related areas.
