Ordering Vaccine

Before ordering vaccine, you must complete a "Registry Agreement" with the Military Vaccine Agency and submit it as directed in the service implementation messages.

Register with the US Army Medical Material Agency (USAMMA) at http://www.usamma.army.mil. Click on "Vaccines & Temperature Sensitive Products" then click on "Anthrax Vaccine Immunization Program". Now look to the left-hand toolbar and click on "Anthrax Vaccine Registration Form/Lost Password" than click on "Register Here". Following registration, a username and password will be emailed to you along with the USAMMA-Distribution Operations Center (DOC) secure website address that you will use to order vaccines.
