Featured Items
With the United States actively engaged in a War on Terrorism and rogue nations seeking to obtain weapons of mass destruction it is imperative that U.S. Navy Medicine and Navy Preventive Medicine be prepared to respond to terrorism attacks. The strikes on the World Trade Center, the Spanish railroad, and the London subway demonstrate that Navy Medicine needs to be prepared to respond quickly and decisively to these types of threats.
