Purpose

The Navy Public Health Advisory Board (PHAB) is an Advisory Board to the BUMED Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations. The PHAB provides policy recommendations, procedure guidance, and other assistance as indicated for Navy public health activities to improve the health of all Navy beneficiaries.
